– 1 cup sugar

– 2 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 tsp baking powder

– 1 cup milk

– 2 tbsp cocoa powder for dusting

– 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1-Prepare the Ingredients: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook 140g medium egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain noodles and vegetables; set aside.

2-Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add 250g diced chicken breast and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.

3-Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of chicken broth, 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of hoisin sauce, and 1 tbsp of cornstarch until smooth.

4-Combine Ingredients: Add cooked noodles to the skillet with the chicken. Pour the sauce over the mixture and stir well to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and everything is heated through.

5-Serve: Portion into bowls and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
