🍋 Perfect for busy nights, this dish is ready in just 15 minutes and pairs wonderfully with crusty bread or buttered rice.

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

– 2 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 tsp vanilla extract for flavoring

– 500g beef chuck for stewing

Instructions

1-Prepare the Ingredients: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2-Mix the Batter: In a large bowl, blend together 1 cup of melted butter, 1 cup of white sugar, and 1 cup of brown sugar until smooth. Beat in 2 eggs, one at a time, until well combined.

3-Add Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Gradually stir into the butter mixture until just blended.

4-Stir in Chocolate Chips: Fold in 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips.

5-Bake: Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
