1 to 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
16 ounces cream cheese, cubed
2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix (or 1 packet)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
12 slices cooked and chopped bacon
4 chopped scallions
Buns for serving
Instructions
1-Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker.
2-Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the chicken.
3-Add the cubed cream cheese on top of the chicken.
4-Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
5-Once cooked, stir to combine the cream cheese sauce, then shred the chicken.
6-Stir in the crumbled bacon, scallions, and 1 Β½ cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
7-Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, cover, and let it melt for 10 minutes.
8-Serve the mixture on buns for a hearty meal.
