Instructions

1-Prepare Your Pan: Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease with nonstick spray or butter to prevent sticking and ease removal.

2-Melt Butter: In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt ¾ cup (170g) unsalted butter carefully, avoiding browning.

3-Add Marshmallows: Stir in the two 10-ounce bags (566g) of mini marshmallows, stirring continuously until completely melted and smooth. For vegan or allergy-sensitive versions, substitute with appropriate marshmallow alternatives.
