– 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

– 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon pepper

– 1 egg, lightly beaten

– 1/3 cup brown sugar

– 1/2 cup ketchup

– 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

– 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

1-Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and prepare the meatloaf sauce by mixing 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup ketchup, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg in a bowl. This sauce adds a sweet and tangy glaze that elevates the dish.

2-In a large bowl, combine 1 1/2 pounds ground beef or turkey, 2/3 cup breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce, 1 tablespoon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, and 1 egg (lightly beaten) using your hands or a spoon.

3-Divide the meat mixture evenly into 12 greased muffin tin cups, pressing down firmly to fill them. This step ensures even cooking and creates those individual portions.

4-Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven and soak up any grease with a paper towel. Spoon the prepared meatloaf sauce generously over each mini meatloaf.
