🍋 Energize your day with a natural metabolism boost while enjoying a refreshing zesty flavor!
🥤 Support your weight loss journey with a traditional, easy-to-make Brazilian detox drink.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 1 to 2 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

1 to 2 tablespoons raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar for detox and metabolism boosting

Juice of half to two whole fresh lemons (approximately ¼ cup) for digestion support

½ to 2 cm fresh ginger root, grated (about ½ teaspoon) for metabolism boost

1 to 2 teaspoons raw honey (optional) for natural sweetness

1 to 2 cups warm or filtered water for dilution

Optional: a pinch of cayenne pepper, cinnamon, turmeric, or fresh mint leaves for flavor enhancement

Instructions

1-First Step: Prepare Fresh Ingredients Start by gently rolling the lemons on your countertop to release more juice. Cut the lemons in half and squeeze out the fresh lemon juice, using a strainer to catch any seeds. Peel a 2 cm piece of fresh ginger using the edge of a spoon to avoid wasting flesh and grate finely to yield about ½ teaspoon of grated ginger. If you prefer a smoother texture, squeeze the grated ginger through cheesecloth to extract just the ginger juice.

2-Second Step: Combine Base Ingredients In a clean glass or jar, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar with “the mother.” Pour in the freshly squeezed lemon juice and add the grated ginger or ginger juice. If using honey, add 1 to 2 teaspoons at this stage. Stir the mixture well to start dissolving the honey and integrating all flavors.

3-Third Step: Add Warm Water and Optional Spices Pour 1 to 2 cups of warm (not boiling) or filtered water into the glass or jar to dilute the mixture. Stir or shake vigorously until the honey dissolves completely. Now is the time to add any optional spices such as a pinch of cayenne pepper for a metabolic kick, cinnamon or turmeric for flavor and anti-inflammatory benefits, or fresh mint leaves for a refreshing twist.

4-Fourth Step: Let the Flavors Meld Allow the drink to sit for about 5 minutes at room temperature. This resting time lets the ingredients blend harmoniously, mellowing sharp acidity and deepening the flavor profile for a smoother, balanced taste.

5-Final Step: Serve and Enjoy Natural Mounjaro is best consumed warm, ideally on an empty stomach in the morning or about 20 minutes before meals to maximize appetite control and metabolic benefits. For a refreshing alternative, serve the drink chilled over ice. Always stir or shake again before drinking because some sediment may settle. Store any leftovers in a glass container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours and avoid plastic to maintain taste integrity.

Notes

🍋 Use fresh lemon juice over bottled for better flavor and nutrient content.
🌱 Add a pinch of cinnamon or turmeric to enhance taste and metabolism; turmeric absorption improves with a pinch of black pepper.
🥤 Dilute with more water if sensitive to acidity to prevent acid reflux or tooth enamel erosion.
