Instructions

1-Roll and juice lemons: Roll lemons on the counter to help release juices. Juice Β½ to 2 lemons, straining seeds.

2-Peel and grate ginger: Use a spoon edge to peel fresh ginger and grate directly into a jar or glass. For smoother texture, strain grated ginger juice through cheesecloth.

3-Combine lemon juice, ginger, and apple cider vinegar: Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and mix with the lemon juice and ginger. Stir in raw honey or your favorite sweetener if desired until dissolved.

4-Add water: Pour in 1 to 2 cups of filtered warm or room temperature water. For a sparkling option, substitute half the water with unsweetened seltzer.

5-Incorporate optional ingredients: Mix in any boosters like cayenne pepper, cinnamon, turmeric, butterfly pea flower infusion, yerba mate tea, or camu camu powder gently to blend flavors.
