Instructions

4-Add water: Pour in 1 to 2 cups of filtered warm or room temperature water. For a sparkling option, substitute half the water with unsweetened seltzer.
5-Incorporate optional ingredients: Mix in any boosters like cayenne pepper, cinnamon, turmeric, butterfly pea flower infusion, yerba mate tea, or camu camu powder gently to blend flavors.
