Ingredients

– 1 cup cold heavy cream or heavy whipping cream

– 2 tablespoons granulated sugar or confectioners’ sugar

– 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

1-Chill your mixing bowl and beaters: Chill your mixing bowl and beaters in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to ensure optimal whipping.

2-Pour cream: Pour 1 cup of heavy cream into the cold bowl, making sure it’s fresh and cold for better volume.

3-Begin whipping: Begin whipping the cream on medium speed until soft peaks form, about 2-3 minutes.

4-Add sugar and vanilla: Gradually add 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar or confectioners’ sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract while continuing to whip.

5-Increase speed: Increase speed to high and whip until stiff peaks form, being careful not to overbeat and cause separation.

6-Use or refrigerate: Use immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 24 hours. For dietary preferences, swap heavy cream with coconut cream or aquafaba and whip accordingly.
