Instructions

1-Prep the Cucumber: Grate using the largest holes of a box grater. Squeeze out excess water with a clean towel to avoid watery sauce.

2-Mix the Base: In a bowl, combine 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, Β½ tablespoon olive oil, 1 clove grated garlic, and ΒΌ teaspoon salt. Stir gently.

3-Add Veggies and Herbs: Fold in Β½ cup finely grated cucumber, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill, and optional 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint. Mix until even.

4-Season and Taste: Adjust salt or lemon for your preference. Taste as you go.

5-Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Flavors meld beautifully. Serve chilled.
