🥪 Quick and flavorful turkey sliders perfect for parties or game day, ready in just 45 minutes!
😋 Melty Swiss cheese, savory turkey, and buttery everything bagel topping make them irresistible bites everyone will love!

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 12 sliders

Ingredients

– 12 rolls Hawaiian rolls for soft base with a sweet flavor

– 3/4 pound deli turkey for fast protein with mild flavor

– 3/4 pound Swiss cheese for melts well and adds richness

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter for creates the brushed topping

– 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard for adds tang

– 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce for adds depth

– 1/2 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning for adds crunch and flavor

Instructions

1-First Step: Get the oven and baking dish ready Start by preheating your oven to 350°F. Line a 9 by 13-inch casserole dish with foil, then spray the bottom with nonstick spray. This helps with cleanup and keeps the sliders from sticking. Having the pan ready before you start assembling makes the whole process smoother.

2-Second Step: Slice the rolls and build the base Without separating the rolls, cut the full package of 12 Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Keep the tops and bottoms together in their groups, which makes assembly much easier. Place the bottom halves into the prepared dish so they form one even layer. If you want extra protection against sogginess, you can lightly toast the buns before adding the fillings.

3-Third Step: Layer the turkey and cheese Spread the 3/4 pound of thin-sliced deli turkey evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls. Try to cover the surface from edge to edge so each slider gets a good amount of filling. Next, layer the 3/4 pound of thin-sliced Swiss cheese on top of the turkey. Then place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese to finish the sandwich stack.

4-Fourth Step: Mix the buttery topping Melt the 1/2 cup unsalted butter in a small bowl. Stir in the 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning. Mix until the topping looks smooth and evenly blended. This simple mixture is what gives the sliders their rich, savory finish.

5-Fifth Step: Brush, rest, and let the flavors settle Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls. Make sure you cover the tops evenly so every slider gets some of that seasoned glaze. After brushing, let the sliders sit for 5 minutes. That short rest gives the butter time to soak in a little before baking, which helps the top layer taste even better.

6-Sixth Step: Bake until hot and melty Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. The foil is important because it keeps the tops from overbrowning while the cheese melts and the filling heats through. For the last 5 minutes, remove the foil so the tops get lightly crisp and golden. You want the sliders hot all the way through with cheese that is fully melted.

7-Final Step: Serve warm Take the sliders out of the oven and let them rest for a minute or two before serving. This helps them hold together better when sliced apart. Serve warm for the best texture and flavor. They go well with chips, pickles, a simple salad, or any side that works for a crowd. If you are building a full party spread, you could pair them with air fryer french fries or 7 layer salad.
