  • Total Time: 22 minutes
  • Yield: About 12 crisps 1x

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped, or ½ cup cooked and squeezed dry

4 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon onion powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

A pinch of crushed red pepper flakes

Crumbled cooked bacon

finely chopped artichoke hearts

alternative cheeses like pepper jack or Swiss

fresh herbs such as parsley, basil, or chives

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

¼ cup softened cream cheese

2 tablespoons sour cream

1 clove garlic, minced

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

¼ teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1-Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

2-In a bowl, combine the spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.

3-Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening it slightly, and space each mound 1 to 2 inches apart.

4-Bake for 10 12 minutes until the crisps are golden brown and bubbly.

5-Allow the crisps to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely for crispiness.

6-For the alternate version, follow these steps: Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, spinach, garlic, Parmesan cheese, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Place small mounds (about 1 tablespoon each) of shredded cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese on the baking sheet, spacing them apart, and flatten slightly. Top each mound with a spoonful of the spinach dip mixture. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese edges are golden and crisp. Cool the crisps on the sheet for a few minutes, then move to a wire rack to cool fully.
