Ingredients

– 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

– ΒΌ teaspoon cayenne pepper

– 12 ounces white chocolate chips

– Valentine’s sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

1-First: combine the bittersweet chocolate and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high for 1 minute, then stir until melted and smooth; if needed, heat in additional 10-second intervals until fully melted.

2-Next: stir in the cinnamon, nutmeg, and cayenne pepper to infuse that spicy warmth into the mixture.

3-Pour the mixture into an 8Γ—8-inch pan lined with parchment paper, spreading it evenly, and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.

4-Once firm, remove the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper and slice into 1Β½ to 2-inch squares.

5-Finally, melt the white chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring continuously until smooth, then dip each piece in the white chocolate, tapping off excess, and add sprinkles if desired. Let them set for at least 1 hour before serving.
