Ingredients

– 2 pounds frozen southern style hashbrowns

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 1 pound diced chicken breasts

– 1 teaspoon onion powder

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon paprika

– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon pepper

– 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/2 cup bacon bits for garnish

Instructions

1- Start by gathering all your ingredients and tools to keep things organized.

2- First, spray your slow cooker with nonstick spray to prevent sticking, as recommended in the recipe details.

3- Layer half of the 2 pounds of frozen southern style hashbrowns at the bottom.

4- Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and half of the seasonings 1 teaspoon each of onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning then stir to coat evenly for that perfect base.

5- Next, add the 1 pound of diced chicken breasts on top of the hashbrowns.
