Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed (approx. 10 x 10 inches)
1 brie triangle or wedge (about 8 ounces), rind removed or retained
1 large egg
1 tablespoon milk or water
1–2 tablespoons honey, divided
2–3 tablespoons crushed pistachios
1–2 teaspoons coarse sugar
Pinch of flaky sea salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cut brie into cubes and place in the center of the puff pastry.
3. Fold pastry corners over brie to enclose it completely.
4. Whisk egg and milk, then brush over pastry for a golden finish.
5. Sprinkle coarse sugar on the pastry.
6. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown and brie is melted.
7. Drizzle with honey, then top with pistachios and sea salt.
8. Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
