🍫 Enjoy this decadent, easy-to-make treat, perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings with minimal effort.
🌰 Experience the delightful combination of textures with creamy chocolate, chewy marshmallows, and crunchy nuts in every bite.

  • Total Time: 3 hours and 15 minutes
  • Yield: 16-24 squares

Ingredients

– 2 to 3 cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips (about 340 to 425 grams)

– 14 ounces (396 grams, 1 can) sweetened condensed milk

– ΒΌ cup (about 56 grams) salted butter

– 1 teaspoon (4 grams) vanilla extract

– 2 to 3 cups miniature marshmallows (approximately 129 grams), chilled or frozen before use to prevent melting

– 1 cup (about 113 grams) salted peanuts, or optional substitutes such as chopped walnuts, almonds, or pecans

Instructions

Prepare Pan: Line an 8- or 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make removal easy.

Melt Ingredients: In a microwave-safe or stovetop-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk. Heat in the microwave for 60 to 90 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth. Alternatively, use a double boiler over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent burning or graininess.

Add Flavorings: Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and nuts thoroughly.

Mix in Marshmallows: Let the mixture cool slightly to avoid melting marshmallows. Gently fold in most of the marshmallows, leaving some to sprinkle on top.

Transfer to Pan: Pour the fudge evenly into the prepared pan, spreading it to about 1-inch thickness. Top with reserved marshmallows.

Chill: Refrigerate for 1 to 3 hours until firm. Freeze briefly if faster setting is desired.

Cut and Serve: Use the parchment paper to lift the fudge from the pan and cut into squares. Serve immediately or store as preferred.
