Ingredients
240 ml plain yogurt
1 1/2 tubs sugar
1/2 tub oil
3 large eggs
3 tubs all-purpose flour
1 tub almond flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
300 g raspberries, fresh or frozen; no need to thaw if frozen
1 to 2 tablespoons sugar, for sprinkling
Instructions
1-Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F): Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a 22-cm (9-inch) round cake pan with parchment paper.
