Ingredients
– 6 oz package raspberry gelatin
– 2 cups boiling water
– 2 1/2 cups salted pretzel sticks (before crushing)
– 1/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter
– 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
– 1 (8 oz) package whipped topping, thawed in the refrigerator
– 3/4 cup granulated sugar
– 12 oz bag frozen raspberries, thawed in the refrigerator
Instructions
1-Preheat oven to 350°F.
2-Combine the raspberry gelatin packet with 2 cups boiling water, then set aside to cool to room temperature.
3-Crush the pretzels in a resealable plastic bag using a rolling pin.
4-Melt the butter in a saucepan, add 1/4 cup granulated sugar, then stir in the crushed pretzels.
5-Press the pretzel mixture lightly into a 13×9-inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes at 350°F, then cool to room temperature.
6-Beat the cream cheese and 3/4 cup granulated sugar on medium/low speed until well combined.
7-Fold in the whipped topping with a spatula until evenly mixed.
8-Spread the cream cheese and whipped topping mixture over the cooled pretzel crust, pressing it to the edges to seal against the gelatin leaking. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
9-Evenly place the thawed raspberries on top of the cream layer.
10-Pour the cooled gelatin over the raspberries and refrigerate until set.

🥄 Use whipped topping for the best texture and to keep the pretzel crust crisp longer; homemade whipped cream is an alternative but softens the crust.
❄️ Fresh or frozen raspberries both work well, and using frozen raspberries can help the gelatin set faster.
⏳ Prepare the dessert a day or two ahead, covering with plastic wrap; the crust softens slightly but flavor remains excellent.
