1 lb fresh pineapple, chopped

12 oz fresh blueberries

12 oz red grapes, sliced into halves

4 kiwis, peeled and chopped

3 mandarin oranges, peeled

2 bananas, sliced (optional)

1/4 cup honey

2 tsp lime zest (from 2 medium limes)

1 1/2 Tbsp lime juice

Instructions

1-Prepare all fruits by chopping the strawberries, pineapple, and kiwis; slice the grapes and optional bananas; peel the mandarin oranges. Then, combine these with the blueberries in a large mixing bowl.

2-In a separate small bowl, whisk together the honey (1/4 cup), lime zest (2 tsp), and lime juice (1 1/2 Tbsp) to create the dressing.

3-Pour the dressing over the mixed fruit just before serving and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
