Instructions

4-Add water: Pour in 1 to 2 cups warm or room temperature filtered water. For a sparkling version, replace half the water with unsweetened seltzer.
5-Enhance flavors: Gently mix in optional spices like cayenne pepper, cinnamon, turmeric, or antioxidant powders.
6-Serve fresh: Enjoy right away on an empty stomach. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes or serve over ice with mint or lemon garnish if preferred.
