Ingredients
– 1 cup pineapple juice (unsweetened canned or fresh pressed)
– 2 cups homemade limeade (made with the ingredients below)
– 1/2 cup club soda
– 1 cup sugar or agave (for the limeade)
– 1 cup water (for the limeade)
– 1 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed, for the limeade)
– 4 to 6 cups cold water (to taste, for the limeade)
– Fresh pineapple wedge (for garnish)
– Fresh mint (for garnish)
– Fresh lime wedge or slices (for garnish)
– Ice cubes (for serving)
Instructions
1-Make the limeade: Start by juicing your limes to get 1 cup of fresh lime juice. In a saucepan, combine 1 cup sugar or agave with 1 cup water, bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat and stir until the sugar dissolves completely. Let it cool before mixing it with the lime juice in a pitcher, and add 4 to 6 cups of cold water one cup at a time until it tastes just right.
2-Make the coolers: In a large pitcher, mix together 1 cup pineapple juice, 2 cups of the homemade limeade, and 1/2 cup club soda. Give it a good stir and chill the mixture in the fridge.
3-Serve it up: Pour the chilled mixture into glasses filled with ice cubes, then add garnishes like a fresh pineapple wedge, mint, or lime slices. Serve immediately to keep that fizzy, refreshing vibe alive.

🍍 Use unsweetened or fresh pressed pineapple juice for a natural tropical flavor.
🍋 Always squeeze fresh limes for the best tart and vibrant limeade.
🧊 Do not add ice directly into the pitcher to keep the cooler from diluting; add ice to individual glasses instead.
