Ingredients
1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
1 1/2 cups salted mini pretzel twists
1 cup chopped peaches (fresh or frozen)
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup peach jam
Instructions
1-Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2-Mix ingredients: In a bowl, mix all ingredients except the peach jam until fully combined.
3-Scoop and top dough: Scoop dough mounds onto the prepared baking sheet, pressing any loose dough into the mounds. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of peach jam over each cookie. Optionally, press a pretzel into the top of each cookie.
4-Bake and cool: Bake for 12 15 minutes until golden on top. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
