– 1 cup sugar

– ½ teaspoon lime or calamansi zest

– 2 tablespoons butter

– ¾ cup full cream powdered milk

Instructions

1-Gather all ingredients and prepare your workspace with a nonstick skillet.

2-Combine milk and sugar, stirring over low heat until dissolved.

3-Cook for 1 to 1½ hours, stirring frequently until it thickens.

4-Add lime zest, butter, and powdered milk, then cook for 3-5 more minutes.

5-Cool the mixture and shape into logs, rolling in sugar and wrapping.
