1 (16 oz) tube of refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
16 chocolate sandwich cookies
12 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Plant-based cream cheese for vegan
Sugar substitutes for low-calorie
Gluten-free chocolate sandwich cookies
Instructions
1-Preheat the oven: to 350 degrees.
2-Spray a 9″x9″ baking dish: with cooking spray.
3-Press half of the cookie dough: into the bottom of the dish.
4-Layer the chocolate sandwich cookies: in 4 rows across the cookie dough layer.
5-In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla: until smooth.
6-Spread the cream cheese mixture: over the chocolate sandwich cookies.
7-Drop small pieces of the remaining cookie dough: over the cream cheese layer until covered.
8-Sprinkle about 1/2 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies: on top.
9-Bake for about 45 minutes: or until the center is set.
10-Remove from the oven, let cool completely, then refrigerate: for about an hour before cutting and serving.
