Instructions
1-Preheat your oven to 350Β°F and spray a muffin tin to prepare it.
2-In one bowl, whisk together 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup sprouted flour, 1/2 tablespoon dried rosemary, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon baking soda.
3-In another bowl, combine 2 eggs at room temperature, 3/4 cup olive oil, 3/4 cup whole milk, 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice, and 2 tablespoons orange zest.
4-Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones and mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
5-Spoon the batter into the muffin tin using a 3/4 cup measure, filling each spot evenly.
6-Top each muffin with a quartered orange slice and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden or a toothpick test shows theyβre done.
