Instructions

1-Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

2-Whisk together: Whisk together 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon salt for about 20 seconds; set aside.

3-Cream mixture: In a stand mixer, cream 1 cup softened butter, 1 1/4 cups packed light-brown sugar, and 1/2 cup granulated sugar until blended.

4-Beat eggs: Beat in 2 eggs one at a time.
