🍫 Nutella Cheesecake Mousse Recipe for a Creamy, Rich Dessert offers a luscious, airy treat that combines the indulgence of chocolate hazelnut spread with smooth cream cheese.
🍓 This versatile mousse is perfect for serving on its own, as a fruit dip, or as a decadent filling in cakes and pies, making it ideal for many dessert occasions.

  • Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes

Ingredients

– ¾ cup heavy whipping cream

– 4 oz full-fat cream cheese

– ¾ cup chocolate hazelnut spread

– 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

– 2 tablespoons full-fat sour cream

– Pinch of salt

– Fresh berries (optional, for serving)

Instructions

1-Beat 1 cup of heavy whipping cream in a mixing bowl with a stand mixer or hand mixer on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form. Set it aside for later use.

2-In the same bowl, combine the chocolate hazelnut spread, softened cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, and a pinch of salt. Beat on medium-high speed until the mixture is creamy and well blended.

3-Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate hazelnut mixture using a spatula, just until no white streaks remain. Be careful not to overmix to keep the texture light.

4-Chill the mousse for at least one hour, or up to two days, to let it set properly.

5-Serve it topped with fresh fruit, as a dip with strawberries, as a filling between cakes, or spread into pie crusts or tart shells for endless options.
