🍦 This No Churn S’Mores Ice Cream recipe offers a rich and creamy homemade treat without the need for an ice cream maker.
🔥 Combining sweet marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers, it captures classic s’mores flavors in an easy-to-make dessert.

  • Total Time: 6 hours 15 minutes

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

3040 mini marshmallows (or 1520 large marshmallows)

4 graham crackers (finely crushed)

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bar

Instructions

1-Using a mixer with a whisk attachment: whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form (about 5 minutes).

2-By hand: fold the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract into the whipped cream until evenly combined.

3-Prepare the marshmallows: either by melting them in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth, or by spreading them on a sheet pan and broiling for 30-60 seconds until golden (watch carefully to avoid burning).

4-Gently fold: the prepared marshmallows into the cream mixture.

5-Fold in: the crushed graham crackers and chocolate chips or chopped chocolate.

6-Pour the mixture: into a freezer-safe container, cover tightly, and freeze for 6 to 8 hours (or overnight) until firm.

Notes

🕒 Plain, unsoftened marshmallows can be used if short on time.
❄️ Use any freezer-safe container, and cover securely to prevent freezer burn.
