✨ The simple six-ingredient recipe makes it easy to whip up a batch of these delicious cookies quickly and effortlessly.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: About 18 cookies 1x

Ingredients

Scale

1 1/2 cups shredded coconut

1 1/2 cups salted mini pretzel twists

1 cup chopped peaches (fresh or frozen)

1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk

1/3 cup peach jam

Instructions

1-Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2-In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, salted mini pretzel twists, chopped peaches, old-fashioned rolled oats, and sweetened condensed milk until mixed well.

3-Scoop out mounds of dough (approximately 3 tablespoons each) onto the prepared baking sheet. Push any loose dough back into mounds as needed.
