– 1 tablespoon Raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar

– Juice of 1/2 lemon (about 1 to 2 tablespoons) Fresh lemon juice

– 1/2 teaspoon Grated fresh ginger

– 1 teaspoon Raw honey (optional)

– 1 cup Warm water

Instructions

1-Mix the base: In a glass, combine 1 tablespoon of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar with the juice of half a fresh lemon (about 1 to 2 tablespoons).

2-Add ginger and honey: Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger and 1 teaspoon of raw honey (if using), mixing until the honey is completely dissolved.

3-Pour warm water: Add 1 cup of warm water to the glass and stir gently.
