Ingredients
– 200g lean chicken breast
– 1 cup chopped kale
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 garlic clove, minced
– 1 tsp turmeric powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1-Prepare all ingredients by washing and chopping the kale, mincing the garlic, and slicing the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
2-Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3-Add the chicken pieces to the skillet, cooking for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Stir occasionally for even cooking.
4-Sprinkle turmeric powder, salt, and pepper over the chicken. Mix well to coat the pieces evenly.
5-Add chopped kale to the skillet. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the kale wilts and blends with the flavors.
6-Remove from heat and serve hot. For vegan adaptation, substitute chicken with tofu and adjust cooking time to 3-4 minutes on each side. For gluten-free and low-calorie versions, ensure oil quantity and seasoning comply accordingly.
