Ingredients

– 1 to 2 tablespoons raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar

– Juice of Β½ to 2 medium fresh lemons

– Β½ to 2 cm fresh ginger knob grated

– 1 teaspoon raw honey or preferred sweetener optional

– 1 to 2 cups warm or room temperature filtered water

– A pinch of cayenne pepper cinnamon turmeric and black pepper

– ΒΌ teaspoon butterfly pea flower

– Yerba mate tea

– ΒΌ teaspoon camu camu powder

– Fresh mint leaves or lemon/lime wheels for garnish optional

Instructions

1-Roll lemons on the counter to maximize juice extraction, then juice Β½ to 2 lemons, straining seeds away.

2-Peel and grate the ginger using the edge of a spoon and grate directly into a glass or jar. For less fibrous texture, strain the ginger juice through cheesecloth.

3-Combine liquids: Add raw apple cider vinegar and optional honey or preferred sweetener to the lemon juice and grated ginger. Stir well until honey dissolves completely.

4-Add water: Pour warm or room temperature filtered water (1 to 2 cups) into the mixture. For a fizzy variation, replace half the water with unsweetened seltzer.
