Instructions
1-Roll and juice lemons: Roll lemons firmly on the counter to maximize juice. Juice Β½ to 2 lemons, straining seeds for smoothness.
2-Peel and grate ginger: Use the edge of a spoon to peel fresh ginger, then grate directly into your container. For a smoother texture, strain grated ginger juice through cheesecloth if desired.
3-Mix lemon juice, ginger, and apple cider vinegar: Combine with 1 to 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and optional honey or sweetener; stir until dissolved.
4-Add water: Pour 1 to 2 cups of warm or room temperature filtered water. Replace half the water with unsweetened seltzer if you prefer a sparkling version.
