1 mango (Haden), peeled, pitted, and cubed
1 small jicama, peeled and chopped
1 cup pineapple, chopped
1 cup papaya, chopped or cantaloupe
1 cup watermelon, cubed or balled
1 teaspoon chili-lime seasoning
Salt to taste
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Instructions
1. Combine all the fruits in a large bowl: Ataulfo mango, Haden mango, jicama, pineapple, papaya or cantaloupe, and watermelon.
2. Sprinkle the chili-lime seasoning and salt over the fruit.
3. Drizzle the fresh lime juice evenly across the fruits.
4. Gently toss the fruit to ensure even coating of seasoning and lime juice.
5. Cover and refrigerate the fruit salad for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
6. Before serving, toss gently again and garnish with optional mint sprigs or lime wedges if desired.
