3 ripe mangos diced
1 medium red bell pepper chopped
½ cup chopped red onion
¼ cup packed fresh cilantro leaves chopped
1 jalapeño seeded and minced
1 large lime juiced (about ¼ cup lime juice)
⅛ to ¼ teaspoon salt to taste
Instructions
1-In a serving bowl, combine the diced mango, chopped red bell pepper, chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, and minced jalapeño.
2-Drizzle with fresh lime juice.
3-Stir all ingredients with a large spoon to mix well.
4-Season with salt to taste and stir again.
5-Let the salsa rest for at least 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend before serving.
