Instructions
1-Drain any excess fat from the skillet and stir in the salt, then spread the beef mixture evenly in the prepared pie plate. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top for that cheesy layer.
2-In a medium bowl, whisk together the pancake and baking mix, milk, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Pour this batter over the beef and cheese in the pie plate.
3-Bake for 29 to 33 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the pie stand for 10 minutes before serving to make slicing easier.
