Ingredients
two-pound bag of grapes (red, green, or black, preferably seedless)
tablespoon of water or lemon juice to help prevent sticking and add a touch of extra flavor
Instructions
-First, lay a towel next to the sink and rinse the grapes thoroughly under cold water in a bowl or colander to remove any dirt.
-Next, spread the rinsed grapes on the towel and pat them dry using a second towel to avoid ice buildup during freezing.
-Then, remove the grapes from their stems and place the detached grapes back into the bowl or colander for easy handling.
-Use a measuring cup to portion out 1 cup of grapes at a time and place each portion into small, freezer-safe containers.
-Repeat the portioning until all grapes are placed in containers, then put the containers in the freezer.
-Finally, freeze for at least 2 hours; for firmer grapes, extend to 6 to 8 hours or overnight for the best results.
