1/2 cup (120 ml) water or beef broth
2 tablespoons buffalo wing sauce
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 onion, finely chopped
8 beef hot dogs or smoked sausages
8 hot dog buns
Shredded sharp cheddar or cheese blend
Cooking oil for sautΓ©ing

Instructions

1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. SautΓ© finely chopped onion until translucent.
2. Add ground beef, cooking until browned and broken into small pieces.
