Scale

2 sticks (226 grams) butter at room temperature
1 cup (200 grams) granulated sugar
1 cup (220 grams) firmly packed golden brown sugar
3 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
3 cups (375 grams) all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda

✨ A metallic pan ensures even baking, offering a perfectly baked bar.
🍬 Don’t overload with toppings to avoid uneven baking; a light sprinkle works best.
