  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

2 lbs chicken tenders (or you can use thighs or breast)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 stick butter

810 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to your taste)

2 teaspoons red pepper flakes

1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced

1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning

1 teaspoon dried dill

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1.5 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning

1 teaspoon dried dill

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

1-Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent them from burning during cooking.

2-In a small bowl, combine the chicken seasoning ingredients: 1.5 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning, 1 teaspoon dried dill, 2 teaspoons paprika, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.

3-Cut the 2 lbs of chicken tenders into 3-inch pieces, then toss them in 2 tbsp olive oil and the seasoning mixture, making sure each piece is evenly coated for maximum flavor.

4-Thread the chicken pieces tightly onto the skewers, trimming them if needed to fit your cooking device, which helps keep the meat juicy.

5-Prepare the garlic Parmesan butter sauce by melting 1 stick butter with 8-10 cloves of minced garlic. Whisk in 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes, 1 tbsp hot sauce, 1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning, 1 teaspoon dried dill, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/3 cup minced fresh parsley, and 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese. Set aside one-third of the sauce for basting.

6-For air fryer cooking, cook 2-3 skewers at 400 degrees for 5 minutes on the first side, flip and baste with the reserved sauce, cook for 2 more minutes, flip again and baste, then cook for 5-6 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Total time is about 12-14 minutes.

7-After cooking, baste the skewers with the reserved sauce and sprinkle with additional grated parmesan cheese before serving.
