– ¼ cup fresno peppers deseeded and thinly sliced

– 2 cups Greek yogurt

– 2 jalapeños roughly chopped

– 1 cup cilantro

– 2 garlic cloves

– 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

– 2 teaspoons salt

– ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

– juice of 2 limes

Instructions

1-First, prepare the dressing to let the flavors meld. Combine the 2 cups Greek yogurt, 2 jalapeños, 1 cup cilantro, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, 2 teaspoons salt, ⅛ teaspoon black pepper, and juice of 2 limes in a food processor or blender. Pulse until well combined and set it aside for later.

2-Next, assemble the salad by mixing the main components. In a large bowl, add the 2 pounds grilled and diced chicken breast, 2 peeled, pitted, and diced avocados, 1 cup diced red bell pepper, 1 cup drained and rinsed black beans, ½ cup corn kernels, ½ cup diced white onion, and ¼ cup deseeded and thinly sliced fresno peppers.
