Ingredients

Instructions

1-In a large bowl, thoroughly combine the Greek yogurt, nut butter, and honey until smooth and well blended.

2-Use a cookie scoop to portion out about 3 tablespoons of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, then smooth the tops into cookie shapes.

3-Press 5 peanuts onto each shaped cookie for added crunch and flavor.

4-Freeze the cookies for 2 hours until they are solid and easy to handle.
