Instructions

1-First, begin by browning the ground hamburger meat with the chopped onion, green pepper, and mushrooms in a skillet. Use a lid to help soften the peppers and onions evenly while the meat cooks through. Once everything is nicely browned and the veggies are tender, you’re ready for the next part.

2-Then, add the 1/2 cup of ketchup and the 64-ounce can of tomato juice to the skillet. Break the 8 ounces of spaghetti noodles into thirds and gently stir them into the sauce. Cover the skillet and let it cook on low to medium heat, stirring every 5 to 10 minutes for about 30 to 45 minutes until the noodles are fully cooked.
