4-Now, spread the cheese mixture evenly between half of the bread slices and sandwich them with the remaining slices.

6-Heat a pan, skillet, or griddle over medium heat and place the sandwiches butter side down for 3-4 minutes, covering the pan to help the cheese melt smoothly.
7-Brush the other side with the remaining garlic butter, flip gently, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until it’s golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
8-After cooking, remove from heat, let it rest for 1 minute, then slice and serve for the best experience.
