1 slice cheese
1 tablespoon mustard
Instructions
1-Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
2-Cut a slit in the bologna from the middle to the edge.
3-Place the bologna in the hot oil and brown both sides.
4-Add the cheese on top of the bologna while the last side is browning.
5-Spread the mustard on both sides of the bread slices.
6-Assemble the sandwich by placing the bologna and cheese between the bread slices, then enjoy.
