In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/2 tablespoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, and optional 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper until they’re fully coated.
