Instructions

1-First, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add 1 pound of chicken breast tenderloins seasoned with 3 tablespoons dried rosemary, 2 tablespoons ground cumin, 2 tablespoons ground coriander, 1 tablespoon dried oregano, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Include the juice of 1 lemon and 5 cloves of chopped garlic, then sautΓ© until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165Β°F.

2-Next, preheat your oven to 375Β°F. Roll out the 8-ounce can of crescent dinner rolls flat on a surface.

3-Spread a thin layer of hummus over the dough, then top with 1/2 cup diced sun-dried tomatoes, 1/3 cup diced Kalamata olives, 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese, and pieces of the cooked chicken.

4-Carefully roll up each crescent and place them on a baking sheet.
