πŸ₯ Indulge in the rich, creamy filling and flaky crust of this Crescent Roll Cheesecake for a delightful treat.
🍰 Perfect for breakfast or dessert, this easy-to-make recipe offers a comforting sweet experience that everyone will love.

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 12 servings

Ingredients

– 2 cans crescent rolls

– 2 packages (16 oz total) cream cheese at room temperature

– 1 1/2 cups sugar

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1 teaspoon cinnamon

– 1 stick butter (1/2 cup butter, not margarine)

Instructions

1-First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Unroll and press 1 can of crescent rolls into the bottom of the pan, making sure to press the seams together for a solid base.

2-In a separate bowl, blend the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth, then spread this mixture over the dough for that creamy layer. Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and place it on top, again pressing the seams together to seal it in.

3-Melt the butter and pour it over the top layer, then mix the remaining 1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle it generously over everything. If you like, add extra cinnamon sugar for more flavor before baking at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes, or until it’s bubbly and the bottom crust turns slightly brown. Let it cool before slicing and serving to set the texture just right.
