πŸ”₯ Dive into these Creamy Spicy Buldak Noodles for a mouthwatering adventure filled with bold, fiery flavors.
πŸ§„ Enjoy the perfect blend of garlic butter chicken and a rich Parmesan sauce, all in a quick, savory meal.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 2 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 pack extra hot chicken noodles (black packaging or similar), approximately 140-150g
375 ml boiling water
5 tablespoons grated mozzarella cheese (or cheddar/American cheese as alternatives)
2 tablespoons double cream (or heavy cream)
1 finely sliced spring onion
Oil for frying (about 1 tablespoon)
Optional toppings: boiled egg, chili flakes, sesame seeds, tofu, ground meat, shredded cheese, or other vegetables for added texture and protein

Instructions

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a medium frying pan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and fry until golden and fragrant, stirring often to prevent burning.
2. Add the noodles to the pan, pour in 375 ml of boiling water, then increase the heat to high to simmer. Cook until the noodles are tender and most of the water has evaporated.
3. Stir in the spicy sauce packet gradually, starting with a smaller amount if you prefer less heat, as these noodles are very spicy.
4. Mix in 5 tablespoons of grated mozzarella and 2 tablespoons of double cream to create a creamy sauce coating the noodles thoroughly.
5. Add the sliced spring onion and any desired toppings such as a boiled egg, chili flakes, sesame seeds, or proteins like tofu or ground meat to enrich the dish.

Notes

🌢️ Adjust the amount of sauce and water to control the spice intensity and creaminess according to your taste. Using less water or none at all keeps the heat stronger.
πŸ§€ Adding cheese softens the spiciness while enhancing the flavor and creaminess. Feel free to experiment with different cheeses such as cheddar or American.
πŸ₯š Additional toppings like eggs, green onions, chili flakes, or cooked meat not only add texture but can balance the strong heat.
