🍝 Creamy Beef Bowtie Pasta is a comforting, one-pot meal with rich, cheesy sauce that comes together quickly for busy weeknights.
πŸ§€ Made with simple ingredients, this dish combines tender bowtie pasta and seasoned ground beef for a satisfying family dinner.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

– 1 pound lean ground beef

– 1/2 cup medium onion, diced

– 2 teaspoons minced garlic

– Salt to taste

– Pepper to taste

– 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)

– 3 cups beef broth

– 1 cup heavy whipping cream

– 3 cups dry bowtie pasta (farfalle)

– 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

– Garnish: fresh parsley and extra cheese (optional)

Instructions

1-Brown 1 pound lean ground beef with 1/2 cup diced onion and 2 teaspoons minced garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is no longer pink, breaking into crumbles. Drain excess grease if desired.

2-Season beef mixture with salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon paprika (if using).

3-Stir in 3 cups beef broth and 1 cup heavy whipping cream. Add 3 cups dry bowtie pasta.

4-Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and most liquid is absorbed.

5-Reduce heat to low. Stir in 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese until just melted and combined.

6-Serve warm, optionally garnished with chopped fresh parsley and extra shredded cheddar cheese.
