Ingredients
1 bag of corn chips (or preferred flavor, approximately 8–10 oz or as needed for stuffing)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
sour cream or a creamy dip for serving
Instructions
1-Prepare the filling: by mixing 8 oz of softened cream cheese, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 6 strips of cooked and crumbled bacon, 2 finely chopped green onions, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste in a medium bowl until smooth and well combined.
2-Carefully open the bag of corn chips and make a small slit in the center of each chip using a small, sharp knife or similar tool, taking care not to break the chips.
3-Stuff each corn chip gently with the cream cheese and bacon mixture using a small spoon or piping bag, avoiding overfilling to prevent breakage.
4-Arrange the stuffed corn chips on a tray and refrigerate for 20 minutes to allow the filling to firm up.
5-Serve with sour cream or a creamy dip if desired.
